The services offered to you and your clients do not impact the amount your client pays or the amount of commissions you earn. Premiums are the same as if you went directly to the carrier. Full agent’s commission is paid when the business is written through carriers that pay us an override. A few carriers require a commission split, check with your AE for specifics. In recognition of the achievement of our various award levels, our brokers have earned a variety of awards ranging from gift cards, to client services, hotel stays, and even all-expense paid trips to Hawaii.

The awards are provided based on the attainment of one of the five levels within the Key Producers’ Club and are based on annual commissions paid through BGA, as follows for 2021:

Silver $90,000 – $125,000
Gold $125,000 – $200,000
Platinum $200,000 – $300,000
Diamond $300,000 +
